I cannot see myself voting for Republican ever again. Last election if the only candidate in the general election was a Republican – a couple minor offices like Constable – I left it blank.
I have voted for local Republicans, even since 2016, when I was convinced those candidates were the best on the ballot. But I can’t see myself ever voting for a Republican for Federal office who didn’t denounce Trump and Trumpism.

I can’t know for certain how the judge will decide, but my read of this filing by the Jan 6 Committee would lean me towards thinking that client-attorney privilege is not going to apply for the documents generated by John Eastman, trying to overturn the election, because of the crime/fraud exception.
It’s usually bad when you’ve given multiple statements to the effect that you’re trying to break the law.
