I don’t have to have a mail in ballot for that, I can go on my county’s BOE site and download a sample ballot. I assume many places have a similar option, it being 2022 and all.
However, it doesn’t matter how much I research, there are some people running for local offices that have zero information about them. Maybe they have a facebook page. Even incumbents have as the whole of the information about them that they currently hold the position that they are running for.
