Yes, well, the rats will be too busy carrying Ron DeSantis around on their little furry shoulders.
I’m not unsympathetic, but since Comey didn’t actually break any laws with his shenanigans, I think we have to consider that election to be, legally, basically sound.
Yup. I was outraged when I got a text saying that my free tickets had gone up to 45 bucks each, but that was a scam because our 37 tickets were still free on the day of. I kept getting texts reminding me to be there, it was going to be great and btw, donate here now to avoid the rush.
I forced myself to look through the pics by getting really high and then just looking around the people. I’ve seen better high school dance decorations, the part of the wall behind him was packed with people and had flags and banners and such but the seats on both sides of them were pretty empty and there were large patches of bare walls.
They do a big gem and mineral show each year and the ones I’ve attended were much more crowded…probably because people were selling things of value.
I counted the “crowd” watching the big screen outside and came up with 22 at most. By the looks of them, they were out there because they couldn’t bring their beer filled ice chests in with them.
I was wondering about how full that venue was. The photos used on the news didn’t show much. I had a sense it wasn’t full to the brim, but it was hard to tell with the darkening of the arena around the edges.
I understand the arena has a max capacity of 5,800. That’s not very many people, and especially if the place wasn’t full.
Can’t take it for granted, but I don’t think you’re the only one who is so over him.
@Ann_Hedonia is my hero and I want to grow up to be just like her, which includes taking one for the team now and then.
Plus, as I said, I am familiar with that venue and I know where to look. If they don’t have enough people to fill the upper rows, they shut those lights off to encourage people to pay attention to the “section closed” signs.
My totally unofficial count based off what I saw and what I learned that year I worked on a pig farm would be in the 4800 area. (Large numbers of moving animals take different counting skills.)
