IANAL (just worked for one) but they can get liens on all his properties, garnish bank accounts, all sorts of fun things. More lawyers are going to get money, but oh well.
He has been hiding his money for some time. It’s going to be hard to find it all. I hope the IRS has an active file on him.
I’ve never done it but I expect that once you’ve got a court order, the process is a formality and practically no work for the lawyer. You can probably get it done fairly cheap (relatively).
I’d be curious if an enterprising individual couldn’t Google up enough information on the process to do it themselves, if they really wanted to go cheap.
Except when the person has hidden their assets through a series of shell companies, creative accounting, offshore tax havens, bankruptcy proceedings and pure illegal stashing of money.
Jones has literally bragged on air about how his company bankruptcy claim is simply a way of shielding money to keep him on air (where he can continue to grift the rubes.)

Just have Marshals show up at his house every few weeks and cart away all his stuff, sell it at auction, then apply the proceeds against what is owed.
If he owns more than one house, I wonder if the excess houses can be seized by marshals?
He at this point probably owns almost nothing - assuming competence (yeah a big assumption), I’d guess almost everything is owned by various corporations/LLCs/etc and he is allowed use of them as part of his compensation package.
Then the plantiffs should file a post-judgment joinder to get the assets of the corporations attached.

It’s now official, Michigan GOP AG candidate DePerno is under criminal investigation for conspiracy, in the illegal seizure of voting machines. State Rep Rendon is also involved, as well as county sheriffs. The sheriffs have filed suit against the state, for interfering in an official investigation of election fraud.
DePerno has said the investigation is unethical and has begun a fundraising campaign for his defense.
"The machines were taken to “hotels and/or AIRBNB’s” in Oakland County, in metropolitan Detroit. There, technical experts “broke into the tabulators and performed ‘tests’ on the equipment,” the petition says. In at least one instance, the petition notes, DePerno “was present at a hotel room during such ‘testing.’”
“The technical team that examined the voting equipment removed from government offices included James Penrose, a former analyst for the National Security Agency who has assisted prominent Trump allies in their efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, the attorney general’s petition said. It also included Doug Logan, head of Cyber Ninjas, the now-defunct company hired to do a widely criticized partisan audit of the 2020 voting results in Maricopa County, Arizona.”
Hmm, not much info at the moment, but Trump says the FBI are executing a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago. I don’t believe the man, but it could be true.
