A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 2)

I’ve decided that the reason he always spells it STOLLEN is because it’s teamed with RIGGED and RIGGED has two Gs so STOLLEN must have 2 Ls.

Ironically, her lawyers may need the excess for her costs if she is sued.

AIUI her plea agreement requires honest testimony going forward, a written apology, and restitution.

So she’s probably free to keep lying to and making money from all the rubes who don’t care about her guilt being a matter of public record.

You think he’d believe a silly red squiggle underline over his premier Wharton education?

Hell, he probably added the “corect” spelling to his personal dictionary while mumbling about the “stupid programmers who can’t even speel proparly”.

Incidentally, this misspelling kinda undermines one of my very few witticisms on the spot. I was tending bar at a Christmas party in 1973 when a guest came up to me and pointed to the holiday pastries. He asked, “Is this stollen?” (giving it the full ‘shhhhtollen’ pronounciation) and I answered immediately “Nein, das vas paid-for.”

Plenty of Schadenfreude in this title alone, which has a King Lear-esque feel to it:

“Stollen” is a word, so there would be no red squiggle, and no disabling of autocorrect necessary. I think most of his spelling mistakes are of this type.

Here’s the deal … he spelled it, “stollen,” once and is too much of a narcissist to admit it was a mistake, so he just made it into his own little style choice. I mean, I always write, “tv” as, “The TeeVee,” as a style choice, but at least mine is amusing and makes a little sense.

Ewe are probably correct. Covfefe doesn’t even get a red squiggle at this point. How long till hamberder is an accepted spelling?

You missspelleed “has been”.

Channeling Yakov Smirnoff:

In trumpist Amerika, hamberder eats you!

In trumpist Amerika, hamberder misspells ewe!

In trumpist Amerika, hamberder is President.

In Trumpist Amerika, post-Soviet Russia rules you!

I hope the fines double each time. He can’t just keep his mouth shut or stop his ‘truthing’, and these are not bills he can just ignore, as he does with anyone he hires.

It seems like the precise statements that were said would be relevant to that article…

Truth.

Here, this is better:

The dispute began outside of court, during a break in the testimony, when Trump said he believed that both Engoron and the person next to him were extremely partisan. Trump complained that Engoron, a Democrat, is “a very partisan judge, with a person who’s very partisan sitting along side of him, perhaps even much more partisan than he is.”

Learning of those comments, Engoron who had previously issued a gag order that barred the former president from making any public statements about court personnel summoned Trump to explain exactly what he meant.

Trump said he was referring not to the judge’s law clerk, who sits next to him in court, but to Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen, who had been on the witness stand earlier Wednesday.

Engoron said he didn’t believe Trump’s explanation.

“As the trier of fact I find that the witness is not credible," Engoron said, adding that he believed Trump was "referring to my … principal law clerk, who is sitting much closer to me.” The judge noted there’s a barrier between the witness stand and the bench, and said that was part of the reason he believed Trump meant the clerk and not Cohen.

That would give him 7+ more kicks at the clerk without Trump breaking a financial sweat. No thanks.
