You know, I used to defend that guy. I really wanted to believe that he cared about his legacy and that of the Supreme Court on his watch. I no longer believe that. He’s as much a Federalist Society ideologue as Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett. More culpable, in fact, because he has greater power to constrain his partisan hacks. And chooses not to.

Somebody either didn’t look at the title of the track, or they did look at the title of the track, and figured it was, shall we say, suitable.
