as I understand their claims, it’s not that they gave Harris the interview, but that they deceptively edited the Harris interview to hide how stupid she sounds. Of course, that’s not a valid lawsuit (even if true) and Fox would be in big trouble if you could sue over something like that. Apparently, they’re relying on a Texas consumer protection statute.

I just read that Trump recently bragged that per the latest polls, he has a 97% chance of winning. I love it – his inability to keep his mouth shut and the constant need to stoke his own ego is now going to convince a lot of lazy MAGAts to stay home!
If only it could also increase turnout for Harris, but Harris supporters know he’s a serial liar and generally don’t give a shit what he says. But at least some of the MAGA crowd will be thinking “why bother voting when I can stay home and drink beer straight out of the can while cleaning my guns, and then smashing each empty can against my forehead? So much more intellectually stimulating than standing in line to vote!”
I don’t think he cares if they vote or not, he is just setting the stage for claiming the election was stolen, after all a great many people were saying he was 97% certain to win and then he didn’t
