A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 2)

Of course. He doesn’t use alcohol, so Chianti is right out. And fava beans sounds like a vegetable.

Dammit, Johnny! I didn’t need to know this about you!

Relevant verse.

I wish Giuliani had gotten him into the sauce, it would take years off his life. Oh well, I guess we can always hold out hope that Musk gets Trump into smoking weed or taking ketamine. That would be fun to see.

How would we be able to tell the difference?

This I know. But, of course, you and I have what’s kown as functioning brains and a desire to stay living the world of reality. The magaflatearthers have neither.

He might slow down and almost sound normal for once.

Nah, RFK will take those reins.

I’ve still seen MAGA people referring to Obama as a Kenyan Muslim, and I’ll point out to them that Trump said Obama was born in the USA. And I’ll ask them “was Trump wrong? Was he lying? Why would he lie about that, unless he was being forced to? Neither option casts a positive light on Trump.”

I’ve never once actually received an answer to that question.

For reals? AIUI, Elmo does both. How normal does HE sound?

I will admit that I wasn’t expecting much schadenfreude from Trump and crew in 2025, but the fact that a Tesla Cybertruck caught fire outside the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas gives me some hope.

I think he’d sound weird totally sober.

It is now being reported that the driver died in the fire. I feel bad now.

Good cornering! :slightly_smiling_face:

Metaphor city!

That does you credit. But you can be certain this is only one of many millions of Trump-and-Musk-related deaths to come, if that’s any comfort.

“Liar! Trump never said that.”
said any cult member.

This just in… there is video of the explosion destroying the luggage of some very important guests.

No wait, that’s the wrong clip…

In all this I’ve been assuming that this incident stems from the Truck being inherently unsafe (and prone to exploding in certain circumstances).

But if it turns out to be a terrorist act, as some news sources are hinting, then I’ll take it all back.

The AP is reporting that the Cybertruck had been rented through Turo (a peer-to-peer carsharing program), and “appeared to have a load of fireworks.” FWIW, reporting is indicating that the pickup truck used in last night’s terror attack in New Orleans was also rented through Turo.
