A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 2)

What they are really trying to communicate, without daring to say it out loud is “My client is not one of those people, you see, my client is white

Since it’s probably mostly white people he scammed, I suspect the message was more, “My client is not one of those people (working class), you see, my client is a business owner”.

A disturbing number of Americans seem to think that anything a business does to generate profit (short-staffing, underpaying, wage theft, tip theft, price collusion, etc.) is perfectly acceptable. “But my profits!” isn’t a sarcastic line to them.

You misspelled “Job Creator.”

Well yes, there is some classism in their racism and some racism in their classism.

Two great tastes that taste great together!

Plus it’s less fattening!

It’s like carob coated tofu.

Wow. Anyone see Mitch Mcconnell go fucking catatonic during a press conference? Those along side him approached, and were like “You OK, Buddy?” I guess one of them was an actual doctor.

Yikes. Yeah, saw it on APN. Could be a mini-stroke. He looked like he went to space for a minute.

Oh, poor little old man, without an ounce of compassion in his body… I hope it hurt like hell.

Doesn’t look like it. More’s the pity.

… I think there is a “Mitch Mcconnell, you are dead to us” thread in the cards

If his cognition was intact before … it isn’t now.

Gettin’ old is a bitch. Even if you are an evil excuse for a human.

As I posted in the Politics thread:

Someone clearly destroyed one of his horcruxes.

If he dies or otherwise leaves office, I suggest that he isn’t replaced until the 2026 election. After all, the voters should have a say in the matter.

As a human, I hope he fully recovers. As a political person, I hope he makes a fool of himself, badly damaged the Party, and quickly retires.

He reminds me of my Grandfather when he was in the mid-stages of Alzheimer’s. I don’t feel sorry for him, which makes me feel bad that I could feel that way about another human being.

I think it’s better, in light of the obstructionist issues on a similarly health challenged Democrat, that if this is indicative of a lingering major health setback that prevents him from participating, that the Senate refuses to release him from any of his duties or allow any sort of substitute or proxy. And that he enjoys a long remaining life in a mostly non-functional state until the voters choose to force him out.

In the few seconds in that clip of him talking before the attic light went out, it looked like he was only using one side of his mouth to talk. Possibly another mini-stroke indicator? Ironic, as McConnell is usually very good at talking out of both sides of his mouth.
