My company has us use Secret Double Octopus and it’s a combination of convenient and infuriating.
No more password changes to manage as it’s done for us, but now we must always have wifi to get the password push, otherwise we’re transcribing utterly unhinged massive passwords out of the app. And of course always needing the phone. Which MUST be unlocked with facial recognition AND a once a day password entry. To connect to VPN, after already logging into your computer via this system, we get the SDO push that needs facial recognition and then it gives us a four digit code we have to type into our computer and then we accept another window and then we can work.
So it’s kind of a lot. But I don’t have to memorize a password, so that’s good.

See, now this is the kind of shit AI should be doing for us. Give me an AI on my phone (that I control) that can learn to recognize me by observing me, and have it verify that I’m me whenever I need to log on to something important. But no, they’d rather make stupid pictures and destabilize civilization.
That’s definitely the LAST think I would want an AI to do, take an unreliable technology and give it the power to decide whether I can use my phone or not?, or if a stranger that can sweet talk the AI can use it?.

I think the main password is good for 90 days, but it automatically changes after that period.
It’s used to log into our computers and connect to our VPN, as well as for “single sign on” to a gazillion internal websites and services.
It’s just a multi step process to authenticate who we are.
I don’t need an AI to do “Dave’s not here man,” with me when I want to use my phone.
