Blades only, Gillette Excel in my case.
I’ve tried electrics, but they’re not as close, they cost more, and that loud buzzing noise is about the last thing I want to deal with on a groggy morning (and they’re all pretty groggy).

Male, 33. Blades only, baby. Gillette Excel (I think…it’s the one with the three blades). Electrics chew up my face and spit it out, so I’ll never go back.
Male, 25, Braun (mains electric) plus Wilkinson Sword Protector (blade) as a backup. I dislike blades intensely, though.

Can’t use electrics for anything but “touching up” - if I need to be clean-shaven in the afternnon as well, for instance.
Male, 23, Norelco Advantage (electric) or Mach 3 (blade) depending on the necessity of closeness. Though the norelco is pretty damn close.

They are becoming hard to find.
Female, 16. I use a blade razor to shave my legs. And those things have other uses.
Male, 35. Mach 3 most of the time. Braun rechargable in a pinch. Invent an electric that does a blade-quality job on the neck and you’ll be rich…
