I have just learned that a former coworker is undergoing heart surgery today, with a 50/50 chance of survival. If she passes away, she leaves behind a 14 year old daughter and no family.
If you are so inclined, please say a prayer for her, and her daughter.
I just received word that she is not in surgery; they cancelled it because her other organs are shutting down, and she would not survive. In short, she is dying. Her daughter will be sent to California, to live with Godparents, whom she doesn’t know, leaving behind friends and school.
Please pray for an easy death for Janet, and His love and support for Diane.
I’m so very sorry to hear that, my dear friend. Consider it done. Let me know if there’s anything I can do for you or her. I know she was a good friend. I hurt for you, and for her dau.
My thoughts are with you and your friend, and her daughter. May she find the strength to make a new life for herself, with these new people who will be taking care of her.
Got on a little late to offer my prayers for a good outcome on the surgery, but my prayers will go out to Janet, that she will find health and happiness in our Father’s loving arms.
My prayers also go out to Diane, that she will know that her Mom is in a much happier place.
My prayers also go out to you VB, for losing a good friend.
The local College Church Director here where I go has a friend in Batesville, Arkansas named Terry Brooks, Jr. (not to be confused with the author :D). They have found out that he has a rare heart disease that affects 1 in 1,000,000. He is to undergo surgery Friday. So please remember him as well.
