I cannot urinate when I am sexually aroused. How, then, do people who are aroused by urinating on other people, actually urinate. Or am I alone in this physiological property.
It’s accepted as fact that men can’t urinate while aroused. I know that I can, though. I sort of form a V with my body - lean forward up top and stick my butt back, keeping knees straight, with my head in line with my feet. Hard to describe…
It seems to keep the valve open…

This is not really true. Even with an erection most men can urinate (if they choose to let it go) up until the point ejaculation is pretty near, at which point the urine pipe does close down completely. It does require more effort to urinate with an erection because the of the constriction of the urine pipe, but it is by no means impossible if ejaculation is not imminent.
Probably, more men are unable to urinate while turgid than those who can. I can do it, as can hrhomer. I don’t know of any research done on this question (who would fund it?,) so I don’t know which side is in the majority. Neither side is abnormal, in my opinion. From what I’ve read, the inability comes from the turgidity of the bulbo-urethral structure at the root of the penis. That’s the part that pulses to squirt semen out.
My skull is filled with amusing, useless information such as this, and I can let it out whether I’m turgid or not.
“Turgid,” by the way, means stiff because of erectile engorgement.
