I’ve been watching the coverage of the Jessie Davis diappearnace in North Canton, Ohio, and came across some video of some CNN person being taken on a tour through Jessie’s house. Now I know from reading the paper that Bobby Cutts, the married (though apparently separated) police officer who is the father of her children was giving her financial assistance. But I haven’t heard any mention of what Jessie did/does for a living. I ask because she lives in a really big, nice house, and I’m curious about how she could afford that. Even with child support and spousal support and three jobs after my divorce, I could barely afford the cheapest rental house in the area.
Has any mention been made about what kind of work she did? And any mention of where Bobby Cutts has been living, if not with his wife and not with Jessie?
Sorry, I misread your post and I’ve been wondering about that myself. I heard, in a report, that he regularly gave her money and, after seeing pics. of the house, how he could afford to give her enough to matter, w/ a house like that on a cop’s salary.
Welfare would be a possibility. Perhaps the child support/job incomes were not reported. I haven’t seen much on tv about this, haven’t seen the house etc.
Today’s Plain Dealer confirms this…she worked for Allstate, first in claims and then in Risk something…help desk for agents…I’m too tired to go back downstairs and check the paper. I wondered, not only because of the house, but because they hadn’t mentioned questioning any of her co-workers. You know, the creepy guy in the mailroom who may have stalked her, that kind of thing.
