If you mean, how do we know that the poster is female, it is because she has said so in any number of ways, many times. It’s the sort of thing that takes some time and a lot of reading, to find out (or surmise) who is of what gender. Some make a point of it, some don’t. If you’re not sure, best to say “they” or “them.”
