So the onus is on the poster to fact-check the LLM output before posting it, just asthey are supposed to fact-check themselves before posting. I don’t see a problem there. Don’t post wrong stuff. Do your homework.

I knew he was doing it, and thanks to the power of “ignore” was able to continue on reading the thread. But too many people once again tried to think there is reasoning or just bad information going on. Thankfully, the other thread is ALSO in the Pit, so I called him out.
Hopefully others will take the hint.
Of course this is about Sam’s factual errors, employing the shooting the messenger fallacy, first to the cites I made and then to apply it to me, was really pitiful and a factual error.
But then, it is good to notice that he shows to all that he is a wanker x2.
Oh, I don’t think I’ll get through to him. Other people read the threads, including those who don’t post. ETA: And this is an area with a whole lot of ignorance out there, some of it in the minds of people who are capable of learning.
It’s a nice sentiment, but if he posts 50 pieces of garbage in a thread, 49 of them are because people are falling all over themselves to prove somebody wrong on the internet.
First of all, thank you for sharing that ATMB post, because that is truly hilarious.
Second of all, this is exactly the problem. When I see a Sam post, I just stop reading the thread because it will be dead for a day or two while people beat their head against a wall.
