I’m always telling anyone who will listen that one of the greatest lessons of life is to be open. An open heart, though you’ve been hurt. An open mind even if you think you’re sure you ‘know’.
When they ask me why, [which often happens when you’re trying to convince someone who’s really been hammered by life], I always tell them the universe cannot serve you up any awesome unless you are willing to be open to it.
