A small James Bond question that has been bugging me for ages

Hi.

Somebody once told me that there is a small blink-and-you-miss-it reference to Tracy in one of the Brosnan series films.

I know the title “The World is not Enough” was Bond family motto that was mentioned in “On Her Majesties Secret Service”, but I am sure this is not the actual Tracy reference.

Does anybody know of this Tracy reference?

I found this on a website:

Tracy references are rare, but they’ve also popped up at the beginning of For Your Eyes Only (the movie opens with Bond standing over Tracy’s grave) and License to Kill (Felix Leiter tells his new bride about Bond’s loss, in vague terms).

Thanks!

She is also mentioned in The Spy Who Loved Me. Agent XXX is reviewing Bond’s biography with him and touches a nerve.

Well, in GoldenEye, Alec Trevelyan asks Bond:

I.e., Tracy, among others.
