From a quick google, it’s from a Finnish TV show. “Munamies” translates as “Egg Man.” I suspect Google translate isn’t fully up to the Finnish to English task if this quote is anything to go by:

This video is fun to watch. They get a ton of people of all ages, genders, races, etc…and get them all to “freeze” in the middle of whatever they’re doing (all of them at the same time) in the middle of Grand Central Station for a minute or two.
Then, with hidden cameras having been placed earlier, you get to see the reactions of everyone around them as they wonder what the hell is going on.
