What's your favorite YouTube clip right now?

I say “right now” because I know mine changes on a daily basis.

Patti Labelle and Cyndi Lauper Sing “Time After Time”

Fainting goats. My son showed it to me the other day, and it’s the funniest damn thing I’ve seen all month. Then I had to try to explain how natural selection could explain a goat that faints when it sees food or predators. (My WAG: It wouldn’t. People get involved and help mutants live and reproduce when they probably wouldn’t in the wild.)

Mine changes on a minute by minute basis.

Right now, I’ll go for Tommy Emmanuel playing Tall Fiddler.

It’s all the QI clips posted by this guy.

It’s such a shame we can’t get that show in the states.

At this very moment? The Question Song

Some guys did a pixellation/ stop motion thing and their pal wrote a song for it and it’s very well done: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJzU3NjDikY

Vader Sessions. They took sound clips from James Earl Jones’ other movies and put them in the original Star Wars (Episode 4). Expertly done, and hilarious! Wait until you have ten minutes to watch the whole thing though…

My favorite clip right now? That would be Eurythmics performing an amazing version of "There Must Be An Angel (Playing With My Heart) on the Parkinson’s show.

It’s been my favorite for a long time so it’s nothing new…http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1qihwMN0JM

But it’s still my favorite.

Holy shit.

The inner life of the cell

tru’dat… but look at Classical Gas

Just to shill a little, Tommy Emmanuel appeared on show 349 of the Woodsongs Old Time Radio Hour and performed both of those songs (and quite a few more). Well worth listening to or watching.

Wow. My mind is seriously blown. They even lip-synched it and everything.

Chaos, Indeed

Oh, there’s so, so many to choose from…

But, at the moment, probably either MST3k Evangelion or Interbank Traveler’s Checks. (Vader Being a Smartass gets an honorable mention.)

The Amp’d (mobile phone) commercial with the geeky Asian guy rapping to the mirror has cracked me up the last 50 times I’ve watched it. I wish the audio was louder, though.

I have different favorites all the time. The ones I was gonna link to in this thread was a really cool episode of Soul Train, but all those clips have been taken off YouTube, it seems.

Here’s a clip from the japanese Nintendo Wii launch. It’s fun to enjoy all the excitement though you don’t understand the language.

Harvey Mandel My favorite little-known working bluesman. As the comments note, he was the creator of a style often credited to Eddie Van Halen. I’m always delighted when he plays locally.
