Any Tony MacAlpine fans here?

I like his Modern/classical mix of music. My favorite songs by him are Edge of Insanity and Realm of the Flying Monkeys. Realm is the song that made me discover him, as i was searchin’ on Napster for Monkeys once when i was very bored. Lo and behold Tony Macalpine showed up, and i became a fan!

Been listening to him for a while.

He is another in the Vinnie Moore/Chris Impelliteri mode of ultra fast shredders - but I like that once in a while. :smiley:

Have you checked out his genuine classical stuff?

I saw him play in Planet X with Derek Sherinian a few times. Heck of a player.
He’s temporarily (or permanently?) replaced Mike Keneally in Steve Vai’s band.
