A verb equals action, right? What's your vrerb?

I map things. Most likely what I’m mapping is a subsurface geological formation, or a geophysical phenomenn.

But I’ve learned how to apply that same headset to mapping other things, and I do. I map political affiliations, income distributions and Metro train wrecks.

So, I “map” things. What’s your verb?

“Procrastinate” :smack:

Technically, my verb is tutor. I tutor students in a few subjects.

More often than not, though, for one reason or another I end up teaching. Sometimes it’s fun math facts or historical nuggets, sometimes it’s un-teaching concepts that were misguidedly “taught”. Sometimes it’s completely unrelated to the subject at hand, sometimes it’s people I don’t have a contract with (I get paid for the time I spend with those folks).

Mostly, though, I learn. Gotta learn to be able to teach. Gotta learn at least as much as I teach.

Read.

I dance right up to the edge and then slump down into the blues. One verb too many, but it’s so.

This is like those idiotic public service announcements - “Verb. It’s what you do!”

Mock, joke and laugh.

My verb is weirds.

As in, “Verbing weirds language.”

I likes to chill

On the job I design or, mostly copy and paste.

I’d like to think I interact.

Or annoy.

At work, my verb is analyze. I’m what the muscially inclined woman in our office refers to as a “data guy.”

At home, I discard the identity of Data Guy and resume my secret identity as Mr. Leisure. My verb is loaf.
<strolls off, singing:>

I get my thing in action. VERB! That’s what’s happening…

work : “kill” (as in time)

home : “shake” (as in my booty, or a martini)

I watch a lot of Simpsons, so my verb is: Embiggens.

During the day: Buy. I Buy. Because I’m a buyer-its my job!
At night: Drink. I drink… liquor.

I guess I also buy at night. I have to BUY the liquor I DRINK.

“Squander” is a verb, right?

Love!

Wait.

Imagine.

Trap.

Work: monitor, supervise, write

Home: cook, clean, chill, read, pet, love (in order of ascending importance)
