I’ve not been around much recently, but my SDMB family is never far from my thoughts, let me assure you. At this season of goodwill to all men, I send my best wishes to all of you, fans and enemies alike. After all, we are under instructions from him whose birth we celebrate to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us. So, looks like I’ll be doing a whole lot of loving over the holidays, not to mention a whole lot of praying. I can look forward to my most edifying Christmas to date. Thanks to you all!
Back in the new year to educate, amuse and enlighten!
In spite of all the “busyness” and stress, I love this time of year. I have a loving family, my Sunday School kids are behaving(mostly!), and my cats are well. I’ll experience all the familiar “bells and smells” tomorrow night.
I was supposed to be born on Christmas, but God knew me better than that and put me on a day more appropriate to my nature, 12/31.
