A wierd website... terror maybe?

I was reading this thread and it got me thinking about a site that I saw a while ago and bookmarked.

If you look at the HTML source code, it looks like plans for some sort of bomb or something, and if you navigate the site, there are maps and stuff, as well as some other wierd stuff. What do you guys think?

I think it’s someone trying to be cool.

I doubt it’s terrorist. It’s an ASCII pic of something that could be a bomb. No instructions.
