Actually, no. Impeachment means that the House of Representatives has determined that there is sufficient cause for the Senate to vote on whether to remove the president from office. You can think of impeachment as sort of a grand jury idictment, and then the Senate proceedings as a trial.

I have wondered for a long time if Shodan is really a shodan (First degree black belt in any number of Japanese martial arts.)
Most senseis are quite serious about teaching their students about avoiding aggression- my son’s Shitoryu class ends with a recitation of various aphorisms, like “Refrain from violent behaviour” and something that translates more or less to “Don’t be a jerk”. Shodan’s behaviour on this board reminds me of the sort of new black belt that goes into a bar, elbows a client aside, and says “Quit crowdin’ me, asshole.”
If he behaves like this in real life, I imagine some day he’ll try it on a Uechiryu godan or someone of that level, and have his head handed to him. If he only behaves like this on message boards, then he’s a coward, and I hope his sensei is ashamed of him.
Now maybe his sensei patterns himelf on the Bad Guy from the Karate Kid movies; in thirty years around the martial arts I never met one like that but perhaps they exist out there in Republicanland. Or maybe “Shodan” is a thirtysomething living in his mother´s spare room and calling himself “BlackBelt” to impress people.

Shodan is the bad sensei from the first Karate Kid. Keep in mind, this was in a thread about that video of some guy getting his head stomped in a dojo and where viewers of the video weren’t sure if the victim were alive or dead. Yes, he’s so insecure he needed to tell us he’s defeated some kid who was idly boasting.
Now, bup, that’s not fair. It’s really not even honest. Shodan said nothing about the “guy” (the term he used) being “some kid”. And he wasn’t “idly boasting”; he was quite actively bloviating about how his skill set made him impervious to Judo techniques. It’s not cool to make shit up, especially if you’re providing a link.
Ask your girlfriend if it’s OK to respond to my request for evidence that **Shodan **is racist, and for a working definition of racism.

It’s a real simple question, which you haven’t tried at all to answer, despite repeated requests. Give me an example of Shodan’s racism, and a working definition of racism. You are the one who made the claim. Put up or shut up. It’s as simple as that.
