Help me! I have a big boil on my nose, and I need to get rid of it quick! I just don’t know how to. 
Go to Walgreen’s, get some Queen Helene Mint Julep Facial Mask and put a big glob on it overnight. It has sulphur in it, among other things, and usually gives amazing results.
Well, ah, there’s one really quick way to go about these things…

If you need to pop it, get a hot, wet washcloth and set it upon your nose for at least 15 minutes, to bring it to a head. Make sure you wash your hands really well, and clean the area on your nose with alcohol. Then pop it quickly, and dab it with Neosporin/Bacitracin, and let that sit overnight.
Well, that’s what I do with a nasty pimple.
