Aaron Sorkin writing Steve Jobs movie

Sorkin says the film will consist of only 3 scenes:

Sounds like an interesting take. I respect Jobs’ work, but he was indisputably an asshole of legendary proportions. I guess Sorkin’s experience writing about Mark Zuckerberg is paying off.

I can’t imagine how they’re going to make a major motion picture with three scenes in one room. Does he mean sort of a frame plot, with flashbacks and stuff? How is this going to work? Should be interesting.

Doesn’t sound like a frame plot or anything. But not necessarily one room, just backstage. I’m expecting a lot of walk and talks.

Still, even if they’re walking and talking through fifty rooms, it’s still going to be three half-hours of real time conversation. I’m very curious how Sorkin’s going to get a story in there.

Meh, I’d rather they just made an expanded Pirates of Silicon Valley to bring it right up to the present day.
