Someone evil left a box of 19 3 week old puppies by a womans gate. It had been hours before she found them. She Called Bastrop County Animal Control,a small full to the gills shelter.
What do you think happened? Not what you might think.
The shelter got on Facebook asking for transport and people to bottlefeed/foster. Within 2 hours all the pups had been bathed,de-flead and fed… They are all in foster homes … All are warm,safe,clean and not itchy… All have full tummies.
Score? 1 evil SOB,many sweet,good people and 19 happy puppies.

I saw that article or one similar to it. If it’s the case I’m thinking of, that woman (who found the puppies by her gate) lives just a block or two from the shelter, and has found other pups abandoned in front of her house. Apparently, people are abandoning their puppies in front of her house near the shelter to avoid paying the fees to take their dogs to the shelter directly.
