Since the pace of this story has slowed down I will use this opportunity to inform you and remind others of rules.

The person who sent the alert also didn’t have the benefit of knowing who was shooting. The whole thing took something like two minutes from the car hitting the crowd to the shots being fired. Most likely, all they knew is that 911 calls were coming in reporting chaos and then gunfire.
