Michelle Rodriguez seems to always find a way to get herself killed. Since lists seem to be the way to do things around here, lets get on with it:

LOST: She gets randomly shot. But it’s Lost, so that kinda stuff happens every other week.

BLOODRAYNE: The only good thing about this movie is that they killed her, so I can have one more name on my list. And she doesn’t even get a good death here, it’s just kinda awkward.

RESIDENT EVIL: A zombie bites her, and she spends the second half of the movie dying.

So we have six deaths each for Zhang Ziyi, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Michelle Rodriguez, assuming you count double deaths (Gellar in Buffy and Rodriguez in Resident Evil) or debatable deaths (Ziyi in Crouching Tiger and Hero).

Can anyone come up with more movies that those three actresses died in or other actresses that have had seven or more on-screen deaths.

Yeah, when you start getting into resurrections, cloning, time travel, etc. it kind of changes the game. Hell, Michelle Rodriguez has been killed 4 times in the Resident Evil series alone.

so i was thinking of how having Sean Bean in a movie is almost like an automatic spoiler and i easily found lists of actors who have died onscreen. however, i couldn’t find any such list for actresses. do women simply die less often onscreen? or is it the relative lack of female villians? anyway, which actress holds the most number of deaths onscreen?

Sean Bean is the only female on this list.

Ironically, while Bruce Willis comes in at No. 2 (Robert De Niro is in first place), he does not die in any of the Die Hard films.
