the current lead is Lucy Lawless. compare this to John Hurt, who has apparently died in 40 movies, or Sean Bean in 20 movies. that is number of movies, folks, not specific deaths.
I got **Boys Don’t Cry **, Million Dollar Baby and Amelia.. And I just realized I don’t know that I ever actually seen a Hillary Swank movie so I can’t comment on any other possibilities.

Curtis always played the Final Girl in the slasher flicks. Therefore her onscreen death-count is quite low.

Jezebel - debatable. She is still alive at the final fadeout, but on her way to a “typhoid colony” where she will certainly die.

Burnt Offerings - forget exactly how, but I know she buys the farm (everyone does in that flick.)
Death on the Nile - Shot to death (just seconds before she was to reveal whom she eyewitnessed leaving the scene of a previous murder.)

I think the most likely actress would be someone who had a VERY long career, and who worked steadily in the Golden Age of Hollywood. The more roles an actress has, the more times she’ll die on screen.
