I thought Applegate looked amazing in Anchorman. I thought she looked her age and apparently that means saggy and disgusting to some people. Ouch.
SJP was never attractive to me at all… but as time marchs on she looks a bit scarier each time I see her.

Yep, never have seen her in anything but did see her interviewed last night and recoiled in horror. Her face looked like a drink coaster. Gee, wonder how that happened.

Weird: I thought SJP looked pretty much the same now as she did in her “Square Pegs” days, and in both cases I thought she looked… well, anyway, she was never my type.
Of course, I don’t pay that much attention, so I’ve somehow just missed that she looks different now.

I’ve definitely gotta echo Lindsay Lohan. I watched Mean Girls the other night, and she was gorgeous. Now that she’s become a pathetic victim of cocaine and Rachel Zoe, she’s just depressing.
I think that Phoebe Cates still looks exactly the same! And while I’m not fan of Brigitte Bardot, the woman is 137 years old. I’m not sure you could say that she “faded fast.”
I just saw her on Nip/Tuck, and man…she packed on the lbs!
I just saw her on the Emmy Award show, and she looked great. I think she got that bad plastic surgery job fixed.
For about five minutes (for example, in “Grand Hotel,” Joan Crawford was quite attractive.

Yeah, she never recovered from “The Man With Two Brains!” 
How many of these ladies benefitted from professional makeup and wardrobe and generous lighting and camera angles in one or two films? Then in later films, one or more of those factors was not quite up to snuff. In real life, their looks really didn’t degrade so much.
Just a thought.
Here’s another: How many of these ladies were originally seen through the eyes of teenage lust? It wasn’t them that aged, it was us?
