Advanced SDMB link help requested

The really cool people on this board are able to link not only to a thread, but also to a specific post within the link. I see that it’s a matter of inserting the actual post number (or something like that) into the code. But how do you figger out what post number a specific post has?

I want to be cool too. Please help.

Hover over the ‘quote’ button and look at the bottom of the screen.
