Okay, yeah, it’s early… Wasn’t the best title for this. The situation is like this: I realized recently that, after a decade hiaatus, I want to get back into singing. The thing is, I’d rather not attach myself to any sort of religious-organziation choir. I’m not really sure where to look beyond that. Anyone have any advice? (And, as a side-note, I’m a near-Chi-doper, so if anyone has specific recommendations in that area, let me know!)

The link above is to a musician’s classified board in the NW Suburbs. There are also plenty of community theater groups in various suburbs - pick one near you and call the village hall - I would think they would know who to connect with.
