How to keep active/energetic on the job in this summer in the US South.
My workplace’s AC is very poor, the heat is terrible, & the hunidity is a killer.
The intensity of the sun is messing with my brains.

Sit in a bathtub of cool water all day? Find a nice air-conditioned bar? Bring a fan to work?
Drink a motherload of water; maybe carry around an icepack or two? Carry a fan around with you? Or perhaps a water atomiser?
HK can get humidity levels of 90-95% on a 30+ degree (celsuis) day, so I know how 'ya feel.
speaking from the DC area, normally capital of the hot & humid zone…
wear light fabrics, in light colors. crinkle cotton gauze is your friend. lightweight natural fabrics normally breathe well – cotton, linen, raw silk in a loose weave.
protect yourself from direct sunlight. a breathable hat (woven straw perhaps) will help shade you a bit.
consider sandals instead of closed toe shoes.
stay out of the heat during the most intense portions of the day (usually between noon and 3 pm as a minimum).
cut down on caffeine (a diuretic). as mentioned already, keep yourself hydrated.
if you’re feeling particularly hot and sticky, try running some cool water over easily accessible heat-exchange points, like your wrists.

seems like there should be more i could pass on, but we’ve been having (for us) an unusually mild summer for the most part. (only supposed to hit in the 90s today.) amazing how quickly we forget.
