Actually, had Lenin actually written something that clearly described a phenomenon, that fact that he was a monster would be irrelevant to the accuracy of his statement, (a point that was too long missed by too many posters in this thread for far too many days).
On the other hand, as it has now been demonstrated that Lenin’s statement was wrong in both its broad outline and its particulars, we can ignore his monstrous character and simply dismiss his erroneous essay.
And I will thank you to not breathe new life into exhausted threads in the future–particularly threads with as much heat and little light as this one.
