Yes, seeing Lawrence Fishburne as Morpheus in The Matrix and then seeing Larry Fishburne (as he’s credited there) as Cowboy Carl is quite an experience.

Gwyneth Paltrow, an Oscar winning actress, in Shallow Hal. That’s the only one I can think of off the top of my head.

Rocky Horror pretty much ruined any chance Tim Curry had for being taken seriously by me.
