Again with the annoying commercials!

Nice views like this and this?

For some reason you won’t see such scenes in the 4 x 4 ads.

No, but you believe what you want.

The whole campaign is predicated on it being bullshit. They know it’s bullshit.

Now that it’s “choose your medical provider” time of the year, one medical group in our area runs the exact same commercial twice per commercial break. Aaaaaaagggggghhhhh!

I really hate watching Reggie Bush humiliate himself shilling for the Wendy’s Dollar. The ad where he punches the kid in the shoulder, I swear it sounds like the kid says, “Thanks, Bitch!”

Here’s a long series of commercials from 2015 in which they admit left vs. right Twix is bullshit.

YES!!! Is he saying, “Thanks, Reg”? Because you and me both swear he’s calling Reggie Bush a dumb bitch for doing such a stupid commercial.

Glad I’m not the only one.

There’s one of those Medicare commercials in particular that is ridiculously LOUD. I understand that the demographic they’re aiming for may not have the best hearing, but that strikes me as a bit insulting.

Our local furniture huckster is now endorsing Republicans, and he’s still SCREAMING like he does in all his regular commercials. “SAVES YOU MONEY!” Go away Mattress Mack. I mute him constantly.

What’s kind of weird about this is six months ago they had an ad campaign featuring Reggie Miller, and I’m pretty sure there was an ad where the same goofy looking guy said “Thanks, Reg.”

What is it with Wendy’s and Reggies?

Re: The Wendy’s Reggie Bush commercials - They’re obnoxious, but I must admit to having a little crush on the girl who plays the Wendy’s employee with the sarcastic edge.

I have now seen a second version of the Martha commercial where she is a puppet.

I am going to throw something at the television.

Is this the guy who just won 75 million dollars or something? 'Cause, ya know, he just might go away!

Yes! He’s a big-time gambler.

The customers who spent 3K or more on furniture from his store and are due to get double their money back (due to the Astros’ win) probably are tolerating his ads without griping.

My son bought a mattress from him - cha-ching! I still hate him, though.

There is a commercial running for Maker’s Mark whiskey. The music is the opening to Lou Reed’s “Walk on the wild side”. Have the distinguished gentlemen of the Maker’s Mark board of directors listened to the song?

The woman with the cadence of a telemarketer unfamiliar with their script was the best they could do?

Hey, remember Burger King’s classic “Hold the pickle, hold the lettuce, special orders don’t upset us” jingle? It’s back!
Well, not really. They’ve recycled the melody, but the words are now simply “Whopper Whopper Whopper Whopper.” Ugh. And the guy singing it couldn’t carry a tune if he had a bucket.
Why??
