I don’t think we can really know. The wings of the helicarrier are underwater when they’re at sea.
The impression I got from the final scene between Coulson and Gonzalez is that the Shield 2 situation has been resolved. I think Gonzalez was put on the phone with Nick Fury, Maria Hill, the World Security Council, or whoever and told:
- “Phil Coulson is the Director of Shield. He’s your boss. Stop annoying him and start calling him sir when he gives you orders.”
- “Director Coulson has been fighting Hydra and other threats like he’s supposed to. You spent the last year hiding out and spying on your own agency. Why didn’t you report in? This is not going to look go on your next evaluation.”
- “Nick Fury needs a helicarrier for a mission. Go pick him up and turn over command to him. Try not to screw up.”

I think people have mentioned waiting to read the episode thread until they’ve seen the episode. So they’re probably not up to the most recent episode when reading older threads.
Probably the helicarrier and Gonzales jokes should go to the new episode thread, then. And that joke wasn’t too soon… just annoying that Little Nemo got to it first.
Just look for her in her Wonder Woman costume. It makes her current outfit look demure and natural.
