sorry - that I got - it was the scene after that (post commercial) - I think Ward was walking accross some glass?
Oh, that glass was the broken window the from the room Malick was in when Lincoln captured him on the mission. Ward was talking to semi-Magneto guy about Malick’s money. Apparently there’s about a billion on hand, and Hive said they were going to go spend it.
She was recruiting him to join Hive with her.
I thought the flashback was from right before she jumped down to join the rescue of the team on the plane? She wasn’t infected before this episode I’m pretty sure.
Yes, she definitely got infected during the raid where they freed the team & snatched Malick.
And it’s clear to me at least that it isn’t an ongoing mind control, where Hive is in constant contact and makes her do whatever he wants. Instead, she’s just totally devoted to Hive and his goals.
You are correct - I messed up my flashback sequences.
Dear Agents of Shield
You can’t have a a major part of your episode show that there are cameras all around the base and then have major plot points hinge on there not being cameras.
Please see the containment pods and the vault of dangerous items for reference. One of which is shown to have cameras and the other nonsensically appears not to have cameras. It insults everyone.
Only two things I liked in this episode was Hive referring to her as Skye at the end, and Fitz and Simmons having their “life is short” make-out.
Maybe not but I wouldn’t be surprised if all those artifacts Skye stole were fakes. Colson knew someone would want to steal them.
Plus it would be pretty dumb of him to bring the real sphere down to the holding cell while waiting for the in humans to show up. For all he or anyone knows, an inhuman could use it as a weapon. “So, one of you was looking for this bomb, this bomb I have right here in my hand. I sure hope it’s not the woman who can move at superspeed, because she could take it away from me before I finish this sen-”
The second part that pre-empted in the NY area was right after when the bomb thing went off in Malik’s cell, knocking down FitzSimmons. Next thing I think we saw was Daisy trying to talk Lincoln into coming with her. How did Fitz and Simmons get out of there and end up… in Fitz’s apartment? I dunno where they were. Seemed like everyong kinds got split up somehow.
It’s really annoying/slightly confusing that they’re calling not Ward “Hive” now, considering Green Arrow’s been fighting another Hive all season. They say Hive on this show and I relate that to nefarious villain soldiers from the other show and think they’re saying Hydra
FitzSimmons was knocked down by the explosion (set by Daisy to cover her murder of Malick) and banged up a bit, but otherwise alright. The team focused on Lincoln as the killer/mole (because Daisy framed him) but all the Inhumans were put in containment rooms until they could confirm their suspicions with medical tests.
Daisy broke out of her containment room because she programmed them originally and new how to get around the safeguards. FitzSimmons were in their own quarters in the base; the show hasn’t really gone into details of how they are laid out.
Yeah, we just see them kissing a bit. The scene cuts before they get laid out.
