Congratulations, Matt!
Congrats, Matt.
And my congrats should mean the world to you seeing as how I am a Queen’s alumnus. Did you ever think you would get such high praise by grad from the greatest university in the world?
haha… anyway, Matt… CONGRATS!!!
Next time I am in Montreal, I will buy you a beer in celebration!
I thought it might have been an e-mail from Homer.
Shoehorn butterhorse man, shoehorn butterhorse.
[sub]well done![/sub]
Congratulations! Emmm… everybody seems to know, but a BA in what, 'xactly? I’m thinking it might be latin the way people are talking. Or is Canada different in that, and BA is college-speak for liberal arts as a major? I am confused because I’m ignorant-- knowledge me up baby!
So, if you read the OP aloud while waving a wand about, will you summon up an elder god or something? Latin…it sounds so sinister…
Yeay! Congrats Matt!
Big celebratory Hugs!!
You certified Bachelor, you!
Um… a BA is a Bachelor of Arts.
“We, the governors, principal, and fellows of McGill University in Montreal, Canada, send to all to whom these presents may come, greeting.”
Now that you’ve got your degree, can you explain to me whether the governors, et al. of McGill have sent greetings to me by reason of your copying the text of the diploma onto the internet, or whether they only greet those who have seen the actual bit of sheepskin?
Congrats, Matt.
Congratulations!
My graduation ceremony was in Latin, and I had to hold the Precentor’s finger.
I’ve got a BA in international relations… I think the question is what was your major (primary course of study).
oh, and congrats!
:smack: (you’d think that would have been first, huh?)
Yes yes, that’s it! My B.A. was in English Lit., so yours was in_______. Or just ignore me for being nosey, 'cause this is verging on rude stalker inquiry.
Huzzah!
I think this calls for a celebration including large quantities of extracts from fermented foodstuffs, removal of clothing, playing of music, and summoning of evil spirits.
Wait, methinks the diploma already has that last one covered.
Congrats, matt!!!
Congratulations, Matt!
Congratulations!
Oh, I see! Sorry. I misunderstood your question. I majored in linguistics and minored in Hispanic languages.
HEY!!! I would have put money on it, [sub]and that is saying something, since I am Scottish and I NEVER bet on anything I am not SURE of…[/sub] but no one would bet against me.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Good stuff Maynard!
For once, hard work actually paid off. Who’d a thunk it? However, I think you’re setting a dangerous precedent at these boards.
And with distinction.
PS: I noticed distinction too.
Got one word for you Matt: Plastics.
Make that two: Congratulations
