The current Firestone controversy made me think of something I have had a “thing” for, for a VERY long time. I have always had this wacky idea of opening an AIRMAN station along a busy thoroughfare. What is AIRMAN? A Place where you stop and have your tire pressure gauged and correctly inflated. The service would be free of charge, but donation based, for maintaining the equipment and facility. A big ass air compressor only costs about 400-500 bucks, and an abandoned gas station would be perfect to buy and operate from. It probably wouldn’t be profitable, but profit’s not really my goal. My goal is to educate people on how to properly gauge, inflate, and understand the importance of maintaining tire pressure. I am often amazed at how many people can not grasp the concept of how to inflate a tire and maintain it.

Damn, wrong forum. Sorry guys and gals, this was supposed to be in MPSIMS.

What’d you do, MSK, win the lottery and now you have nothing better to do?

“What’s that, vacation spot?”

“Nah… that’s my house.”

“That’s an island.”

“Well, technically, it’s a country…”
