Well he blew .8 and .9 (.8 is legal) so I think my disappointment is with the Santa Monica cops.

His fame doesn’t mean he can’t be a pompous, entitled jerk, or that he can’t have a drinking problem. He’s just as human as us 99-percenters.

I literally found this ironic since he used to get pissed at Howard Cosell for drinking in the booth during games.
On the other hand, he reportedly cooperated with officers and couldn’t have been nicer, so I don’t buy the pompous, self-entitled jerk description. That would describe Reese Witherspoon pulling out the “Do you know who I am?” card when her husband was busted.
