Alcoholic, Compulsive Liar, Womanizing Man for a Life Partner and not able to leave.

Rats, why didn’t that work? Anyway, you can look it up if you want. I highly recomend it.

There are a lot of things to consider and it all becomes very overwhelming, but the first place to start is by getting away from him. There is no way you can think things out living in that situation. I don’t know if it really matters if you leave or make sure he leaves, but you need to put as much distance between the two of you before you start thinking about selling your house or filing bankrupcy, etc.

I’ll weigh in now that I agree. Filing bankrupcy isn’t a bad idea for you. You’ll be paying for this for a long time either way. I had to do it and as much as i fought against it, it really was the best thing for me but I couldn’t see how it could be good until the pressure was off me. You have no idea how good it feels to not have that weight on your shoulders.

Hang in there and don’t try to see the whole picture. Just work on getting to the point that reprise talked about: “when you get sick and tired enough of feeling sick and tired of this crap, you’ll leave”
