Last night was still more proof that Alias is the best show in the history of televison. It’s astonishing how beautifully they always tie everything together, and now it’s come full circle. Thank og that cliffhanger wasn’t the season finale – I wouldn’t be able to take it. :eek:

I continue to be confused by the Sloan/Nadia relationship. I don’t think I missed any eps, but I guess I must have, because I don’t understand how the relationship transitioned from “Sloane tortures Nadia repeatedly by injecting her with Rimbaldi fluid” to “Nadia loves Sloane almost without reservation.” The worst case of Stockholm Syndrome ever?

Well, the shocker for me was:Irina implied that Nadia is actually Jack’s child (“I wonder where she got that from,” looking at Jack meaningfully).And, of course, that might imply that:They are now free to kill Sloane off!
Otto, I think the relationship with Sloane & Nadia improved because he managed, somehow, to convince her that he had renounced his fanaticism for Rambaldi.
I was so glad that Nadia didn’t give the sphere to Sloane! I was yelling at her (like she could hear me).
And I’m elated that Irina’s back! Yippee! I loved it when she pasted Jack.
You know, as hard as it is to wait for Alias to start each season, I’m so glad that they delay the start so as not to have to show repeats. It’s been hard enough to wait from week to week.

I didn’t take that implication at all. Besides, haven’t we already had it confirmed genetically that Sloane and Nadia are related? Not that this means anything in a world that includes genetic cloning, but still.
Did we see this on-screen or are we just sort of assuming? Because man, if someone tortured me, I’d be kind of unforgiving.
As dorky as some of the Rimbaldi stuff is, I’m glad they’re getting back to it in terms of Sloane’s obsession. He’d been collecting Rimbaldi for 30 years and just sort of stops? Unlikely.
