I don’t know what the previous predictions are but, my observation is that the star fields have positive charge and are attracted to the negative equatorial plane of the giant particle inside the black hole as it rotates. The giant particle inside is slowly charging as more stars fall in. This particle would have its positive charge at the slowest moving part, it’s poles, and pushes away any positively charged matter. This is how the galactic plane is created.
I can’t tell if you are being sarcastic or if you have read the whole theory and have found some logic in it.

I am very busy and do not have the time to comment on things that don’t involve the theory. Most of the people commenting have not read the completed version, and are more interested in snide derogatory comments so they can display how clever they are, or prove they have some sort of a personality.
I would have to know the person better to make that assumption.
this was copied over from the original paper and this forum did not show it in the original way it is written, or any of the illustrations. So it reads like nonsense and the theory does not get conveyed well at all.

If you haven’t read the finished version of the theory you probably will not understand it. the theory explains why gravity appears so much weaker than the strong nuclear force. why energy is quantized. why we can’t see inside a black hole, and how electrons can be wave or particle. The theory also explains what is holding together the recently discover tetra neutron at the france hadron collider.

In his theory, the moon is really made of displaced space charged neutrons decompressed photons tetra waller glooble glooble gleep. If you read his whole theory, it will make sense.
the moon also displaces its own space and occupies a point in the displaced space of the earth which occupies a point in the displaced space of the sun. All three displaced spaces overlap at the distance the moon orbits the earth and create a zone of space greater that the moon travels in.

it explains that unless you can be in two places at the same time, all of the results of any scientific measurement or calculation are relative too the point in space where you took the measurement and made your calculation, since you can’t compare it using the same instruments at the original relative point without the instruments of measurement also being relative in the second point where you perform the same calculation. This means any calculation made by the results of measuring with any instrument, will fall far short of describing the entire picture of the universe we live in.
