Bjorn, first you need to define what you mean by the term ‘created’. Are you referring to the Biblical creation of Adam and Eve? Or are you referring to the ‘creation’ of a person that occurs when the sperm and egg merge to form an embryo? Or do you mean that, at birth, all humans are helpless, innocent dependents who are then molded by their enviroment to become good or bad, successful or unsuccessful, happy or unhappy? Or are you saying that all humans are ‘created equal’ in that we are all members of the same species?

yes, im really glad we are not all created equal in the terms you are referring to, my fellow clones. and im real glad we have superior beings intellectually than the rest of us who can think out smart things to say so we can enjoy reading it here on this message board. but you dont seem to be getting it through your thick heads what im talking about “created equal”. what i mean in so many words is, although we arent born equal, arent we supposed to treat each other like equals in order to maintain the spiritual balance the world bloody well needs. and i can tell you this is not being practiced, proof being ongoing wars all over the world, the people who suffer because of other people who do not suffer in the same way (pretty general statement, but surves its purpose).

SakeSamurai- Threads in the Pit don’t degenerate into name-calling and nit-picking, they start there. People who feel compelled to do that in the main boards shold probably come here. On the other hand, if typos make a post incomprehensible, someone should say something. (like Tracer did.)

All PEOPLE (yeah! even women) are created equal in their humaness. They deserve respect for that simple fact alone. We have the chance–and choice–to make of our lives what we will.
Some people choose one path (geek), some choose others (jock), ad infinitum. We live with one another and scrap and fight and stereotype other’s choices.
It’s messy, emotional, irrational and no one (in fact) has the rule book.
It’s called Life.
We do the best we can.
Insert your own rules: e.g. “judge not”, “glass houses”, “quality of mercy”, etc.
IMO, the way one stereotypes speaks much more eloquently about the speaker than about the subject.

but back to the thread.
its always good to know that there are always some sods not fully capable or willing to accept the fact that they cant be equals. the truth is that no one is better than anybody else, but some arent as good as others. how so? by treating someone badly you are diminishing his opinion in you.
dont get me wrong, it still stands that what other people think of you doesnt matter to you. but if you are the fault of that opinion then that opinion is formed by your actions towards that person, be it for better or worse. that is what matters, how you treat other people. and that is how we are created equal, we are capable of treating each other like equals, like everybody was your best friend or just simply like everybody was you.
