"All right, I'm going to say it...I actually LIKED..."

I like Mel Gibson’s Hamlet. I thought he did a damn good job at it. And like a lot of others here, I like Big Trouble in Little China. It’s a fun ride, and the eye candy (from a female who likes males perspective) is pretty good. And then there’s BubbaHo-tep, which I loved except for the scene with the bugs.

I didn’t dislike it. (I wasn’t in raptures about it, mind you, but I had no particular problems with it.)

It may help that I haven’t seen the original cartoon.

I enjoyed Peanuts all the way to the end and am still a fan of Garfield

I have a friend of the female persuasion who says that A Serbian Film is one of her favorite movies of all time, and “isn’t as bad” as everyone says it is.

Having read the Wikipedia summary of the plot, I have no interest in watching it to see if she’s right or not.

I found it amusing; not great but an enjoyable 90+ minutes. It probably helped that I’d heard so much shit about it that I went in with the lowest expectations I can have and still watch a movie.

That has a 7.3 rating on IMDB, and a 78% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

I watched the red-band trailer for it a few months ago. It looks amazingly harsh and brutal, but the weird thing was that the industrial music disturbed me far, far worse than the imagery. I literally felt sick to my stomach, and I’m sure it was as a result of the music.

Not the one I posted.

Urban Cowboy.
-Seriously, I’m winning this one, right? Come now.

I’m not sure I would love it now like I loved it then, but Logan’s Run changed my life, man. It got me into science fiction. My grandmother took me; she loved sci-fi (God rest her soul). I also think I started to grow an imagination around that point, too

I remembered! I love Rick Astley. You can Rick roll me anytime . . .

just sayin’

I like Return of the Jedi better than Empire Strikes Back.
I like Coldplay’s Viva la Vida better than Satriani’s If I Could Fly.
I liked *Once Upon a Time… Space *better than Once Upon a Time… Life and Once Upon a Time… Man

I thought they were good with the exception of a few parts, like the giant wheel.

She’s great for the most part. Pop but I like her style. She sort of lost me with her Up albums.

I bought Mars Attacks on DVD. So many funny bits and a lot of stars.

I think there was an episode of Seinfeld where someone (a girlfriend?) accused Jerry of liking Melrose Place and he wouldn’t admit it, but when he finally did he gushed about it.

The giant wheel is my favorite part of either POTC sequel.

I like “Cry for Help.” It’s a beautiful song.

I prefer ROTJ to Empire as well. The ewoks get a lot of flak, but despite looking like care bears they are actually vicious buggers. I bet they feasted well on stormtrooper over the next few months.

I own and like The Love Guru.

That scene in Mini-Me’s minature office has me in tears every time.
And Timberlake is pretty hilarious in the whole thing as Le Coq!

I really like Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

When it came out in syndication, several years back, I watched every re-run of Blossom. And I liked them.

I love this movie, too. It helps that I actually went to Gilley’s a few times. And the sound track is awesome!
My contribution is 2012. I thought it was a hell of a ride! Screw the science parts…
