I didn’t realize there were 19 flavors. I’m not even sure what some of them are. How many have you tried? I’ve only tried 6. Poll to follow!

I’ve tried the low sodium and lite varieties. They suck.
Only the original will do.
I don’t like spam
No love for Treet?
I voted for the following:
[ul]
[li]Spam Classic – original flavor[/li][li]Spam Low Sodium – “25% less sodium”[/li][li]Spam Lite – “33% fewer calories, 25% less sodium, and 50% less fat” – made from pork with ham, and mechanically separated chicken[/li][li]Spam Oven Roasted Turkey[/li][li]Spam Spread – “if you’re a spreader, not a slicer … just like Spam Classic, but in a spreadable form”[/li][/ul]
I don’t think SPAM Spread tasted much like SPAM though. And I’m not sure which turkey I tried.
I’d especially love to hear reviews of these 4:
Spam Boricua
Spam Macadamia Nuts
Spam Tocino
Spam Portuguese Sausage
I saw these when I was in Hawaii a few years ago, but I was too freaked out by the concept to try them. :o
Try the Spam Bacon, Spam Cheese, Spam Garlic, and Spam. It doesn’t have much spam in it.
How is this not an option? Or “none”?
I own a can of spam. Bought it on my first visit to the US. Since I was there for Monty Python related reasons it seemed a fitting souvenir, since we don’t have the brand at home.
It’s never been opened, and I’ve not tasted spam from any other source.
Because I don’t care about those who don’t eat spam, of course.
Well, let’s see, there’s the kind where they start a new thread with a subject line about what they’re actually selling, the kind where the subject line is a copy (in whole or part) of some other thread on the forum, the kind where the subject line is hand-crafted to try to fit in, the kind where the subject line is something else completely irrelevant (like a subject line about new phones, but then the links are all for illegal streaming services), the kind that’s dumped into some irrelevant thread, the kind where they search up some old but relevant thread, the kind where (for some reason) they search up some thread that’s old and irrelevant, and dump it there, the kind where they make only innocuous posts but put the spam links in their profiles, the kind where one account asks a question and a sock answers the question with a link to the spam…
I’m pretty sure I’m missing some.

I’ve only tried the original. I do find it to be a bit on the salty side…but I have a feeling that the low sodium variety would be disappointing.
I"ve only done the regular SPAM and the chorizo SPAM. The chorizo spam is quite nice fried up with eggs. I’m not convinced it really tastes like the chorizo I’m used to, but other people swear it tastes a lot like chorizo. To me, it’s reminds me more of the taste of the taste of Hormel tamale filling. But very nice with eggs. Even the kids liked it.
Another vote for “none of the above”.
I’ve had pretty much all of them, I believe. I bought a variety pack & ate a tin each week. Several of the flavors are not sold inside the borders of the USA. However, you can get all of them mail order from the Spam Museum. Yes, there really is one. I’ve been there a few times. It’s two store fronts & a basement merged together, so not huge.
Yes, of course, there is a Monty Python corner. Also, I should say that I pay them. They don’t pay me.
As best I can recall - none (at least not knowingly or intentionally).
Here in the UK, to the best of my knowledge I’ve only ever been aware of the original classic, and bacon, varieties – the sheer cumulative effect of the seventeen others listed, had my mind reeling (and the word “Spam”, repeated and repeated below and again below, started to look inane and meaningless: brain started to want to interpret it along clock-type “time” lines – the mythical hour of 5 P.A.M., over and over again). I quite like Spam, original kind – happy to eat it every few months, seldom more frequently: feel that I can live agreeably enough, without most of the new-to-me varieties in the top-of-thread list.
I’m a vegetarian and even if I did eat flesh, I wouldn’t go near that stuff.
