Still, I think the angle could be better: I at first thought the picture of Kim was someone playing a clarinet or other reeded instrument.
If I may comment on the article itself: I’m surprised a projected Macbook is being used. This seems like the perfect place for the iPad or similar device.
I have a pretty dirty mind but I had to struggle to see anything sexual in this pic.

I’m struggling to see anything sexual in there. I guess from the comments in the thread, the person on the right is supposed to look like they’re performing oral sex or something? I guess if I cover up the back of the cello coming out of the other side of her head, I could see it, but I still see the strings of the cello in the photo which breaks that reading of the photo for me.
Looks like the poor dude fell on a metal spike which impaled him through the mouth. 
It made me snort out loud. Basic rule of media/advertising - there is nothing sexual in there by accident.

At first I thought she was playing some kind of wind instrument and the top of the cello (or whatever it is) was some kind of hair bun. So from that I can see where you can get the sexual imagery.
